HELLO & WELCOME to our shop Lily B Designs! We are a Mother & Daughter team.Thank you so much for stopping by! We truly appreciate your time and interest. We hope while you`re browsing through our shop you will find that special something which we have designed, and lovingly created for you to add a special touch to your special occasion, or your recipients special occasion. This is our full time job, and we sell unique vintage and traditional wedding invitations, also stationery and paper goods for many other occasions.

We take a lot of pride in our work, and spend many hours surfing the internet and visiting local craft exhibitions and craft stores looking for the VERY VERY BEST materials to use in our creations. All items are HANDMADE from start to finish. We start by hand cutting each individual piece, then add distressing techniques with inks, followed by hand stamping. We also use a printer for some of the items we design.
All our cards will be hand stamped on the back with our shop name Lily B Designs.

Shipping
We will gladly post orders to wherever in the world you live :-) All items will be shipped in new packaging, with a piece of backing board within a bubble Jiffy Bag to make sure your item(s) arrive to you in perfect condition. We will ship orders to your Etsy address, unless you request otherwise through checkout in NOTE TO SELLER.

All the items listed are made-to-order and will be shipped out to you within 3-7 working days, sometimes sooner. All URGENT ORDERS will be considered. Let us know the date you would like to receive your item(s).

Customised orders can take about a week for the proofing stage, and depending on our current turnaround times, it will take us between 2~3 weeks (often sooner) to complete your order. We will discuss with you through conversations when your order is ready for shipping.

For all International orders we use Royal Mail which delivers in 7~14 days to USA, and 3~5 days to European destinations. If you require an urgent delivery please let us know and we can add a Priority Shipping Service (at your expense). This option gives you a tracking number, treated as priority within the postal service and you will receive your order sooner. For UK buyers we use First Class Royal Mail. Please note that all International orders may incur extra duties and custom fees which will be your responsibility.

We think you will agree with us when we say that choosing a colour on a computer screen can be pretty much hit and miss.
